BOXING AND FITNESS CLASSES AVAILABLE 

Union Jab offer fitness classes for both children and adults, with Youth Boxing taking place on Tuesday evenings at 5.30pm, adult Boxing at 6.30pm, and Fight Camp functional fitness class at 7.30pm.

Youth Boxing

Start em' young and keep em' strong. Union Jab Youth Boxing classes are about more than just throwing a punch. They use boxing to teach self-respect, respect for others, hard work, and the ability to both coach others and be coached. 

Union Jab classes are non-competitive and as such the focus is on mastering the skill while building fitness and friendships. Age range 7-14. [Book Now]

Boxing

Learn the art of boxing with slips, sways, jabs, range and footwork so that you can float like a butterfly and sting like a bee! 

Union Jab Boxing classes are all about the sweet science and as such promote teamwork, pair drills, and inclusion of all abilities to welcome people into the sport. [Book Now]

Fight Camp

Fight Camp is for the fitness. Using old-school and new-school training techniques, Fight Camp classes build massive strength, fitness and conditioning through functional movements that are actually relevant to your life and body.

PARKING 

There is on-street parking available directly outside Wylam Institute with some off-road spaces directly opposite the building. To be respectful of local residents please do not park with your car mounting the pavement and be aware that the parking in the streets of opposing houses is by resident permit only.

WHERE TO GO 

The classes are located at Wylam Institute Church Rd, Wylam NE41 8AP. Click the link for Google Maps directions.

There is a large grass pasture outside the building with an accessibility ramp leading to the main entrance. On arrival via the front door you will see a noticeboard directly on your left with the entrance to the hall in which the classes take place directly adjacent. Toilets are located on the opposing side of the hallway.
