Welcome to Union Jab! As the future epicentre of boxing in Newcastle and North-East England, Union Jab stands to provide classes, kit and clothing for a new era of boxing in Britain.

Owned and operated by Charlie 'CGR' Cooke - England Boxing coach, AfN accredited nutritionist, published health writer, and qualified personal trainer - Union Jab promotes not only physical health but also emotional and social health through a relaxed but hard-working environment.

Charlie worked out my psyche and he worked with it. He worked with my injuries and health issues. He never let me quit but found ways to get me to do things that I didn’t want to do.
