Welcome to Union Jab!

Union Jab CIC promotes emotional and social health through a relaxed but hard-working environment where all are welcomed to box together in professionally run classes, and continue to be friends outside of them!

We achieve this through our regular evening classes in Greenside NE40, and a structured, non-competitive 10-week boxing programme that uses real boxing training to improve social connection, confidence, self-reliance, coordination, problem-solving, engagement and physical wellbeing.
