Do I need to bring my own gloves?

-No. We provided gloves for all Youth and Adult classes. 

Can I pay in cash for a class?

-No. All our classes must be booked online and paid by card. 

What equipment do I need to bring?

-All you need to bring to class is a water bottle. We provide gloves. 

Can I bring my own gloves if I have them?

-Yes. You may bring your own gloves if you have them.

Can I purchase equipment if I want my own set?

-Yes. We offer gloves, hand wraps, and mouth guards for sale. 

Can I stay and watch my child's class?

-Yes. However you must follow our spectator guidelines.
