Boxing and Fitness Classes Available
Adding to our already growing Youth Boxing classes (age range 7-14), Union Jab are very excited to be bringing our popular recreational adult Boxing Classes to Greenside alongside our functional fitness HIIT class, Fight Camp.
Youth Boxing
Start em' young and keep em' strong. Union Jab Youth Boxing classes are about more than just throwing a punch. They use boxing to teach self-respect, respect for others, hard work, and the ability to both coach others and be coached.
Union Jab classes are non-competitive and as such the focus is on mastering the skill while building fitness and friendships. Age range 7-14. [Book Now]
Boxing
Learn the art of boxing with slips, sways, jabs, range and footwork so that you can float like a butterfly and sting like a bee!

Fight Camp is for the fitness. Using old-school and new-school training techniques, Fight Camp classes build massive strength, fitness and conditioning through functional movements that are actually relevant to your life and body.

Parking
Greenside Community Centre has a car park on site for patrons, but if it's a bit full there is ample street parking along the main street outside. Please be courteous of residents and other businesses when parking.
Where to go
We are located at Union Jab, Greenside Community Centre, Greenside Rd, Greenside, Ryton, Newcastle upon Tyne NE40 4AA. Click the link for Google Maps directions.
On arrival there will be two possible routes - if you are attending a class it will be hosted in the sports hall, the door to which is to the left of the car park with a wheelchair accessibility ramp leading to it.
If this door is closed, or you are headed for an office based consultation, head to the main entrance to the right of the car park. The Union Jab office is situated in Room 1 and is the first door on the left when entering. If you are attending a class simply follow the corridor in a straight line - you will go through a double set of doors, after which the entrance to the sports hall will be found at the end up a small set of stairs.
