Owned and operated by Charlie 'CGR' Cooke, Union Jab CIC promotes not only physical health through learning a fun and engaging sport, but also emotional and social health through a relaxed but hard-working environment where all are welcomed to box together in professionally run classes, and continue to be friends out of them!
