Charlie Cooke has a breadth of experience spanning an extensive range of roles within the health and fitness sector.
Starting as a pot-washer and raised as a child of an impressive chef, Charlie has worked his way through the kitchen ranks, gym floors, boxing gyms, universities, office blocks and online fields to build an extensive understanding of how health and fitness can be incorporated into the life of absolutely anyone.
With workshops available for stay-at-home parents who want to provide the most nutritious diet for their family and themselves and have plenty of time to prepare, through boxing coaches trying to protect their boxer's health and improve performance, all the way to the experienced trainer who needs tips on meal prepping a nutrition for life in a hurry; we have a workshop for you.
The single most important tenant that runs through every workshop we run at CGR Cooke comes down to one word:
The best diet is the one you can stick to! Good habits done consistently always beat perfect habits performed inconsistently, and anything is always better than nothing.
Charlie has a particularly low-pressure approach which has proven over many years of research and clinical practice to produce the greatest results long-term.
We are not interested in 4, 6 or 8 week transformations. We are interested in 40, 60, or 80 years old with great health and with strong healthy habits. Do not get in touch hoping for a one-size-fits all approach to 'torch the fat in 2 months'!

Our workshops range from a 2-hour one-stop-shop providing the absolute basics of good eating and nutrition principles, to 6-session courses covering in full detail the information behind what works, what doesn't, and why.
None of the training we provide is an off-the-shelf PowerPoint presentation which has been repeated 100 times. Yes, the bulk of the content will be the same - because facts rarely differ - but all workshops are provided with the specific audience in mind.
