Open to ALL abilities, including those with or without additional needs, these FREE Tag Combat sessions provided in partnership between the Foundation for Good charity and Union Jab CIC give everyone the opportunity to engage in boxing training without any contact or risk!
Running for free every Thursday for 4 weeks from March 9th at Greenside Community Centre NE40 4AA. Age range 7-14 years.
